My husband Emilio and I started this business over 2 years ago just trying to make ends meet. We started by posting to family and friends on social media. Soon they were sharing with their friends and we started gaining more followers. We became a part of different food groups on Facebook and began selling through there. After a year we began to get nervous about the legality of the situation and talked about becoming official.

We saw a need for Native American food to be represented. The only time you would be able to enjoy and Indian taco is if you went to a native event such as a big time or pow wow. A big time is a ceremony where only California tribes would dance and a pow wow is an event where all tribes throughout the united states would gather and dance.

So after a while with the help of friends and family, we are slowly trying to make a name for ourselves. We want to be able to attend non-native events and have our food available for others in the community to enjoy. Our dreams are to one day open a food truck or restaurant. We want to expand our menu as time goes on with the creations our team is coming up with.
